Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Brow Tint.

A Brow Tint typically lasts four to six weeks depending on hair growth and care. Results vary by natural hair color, skin type, and exposure to exfoliants or oils. Touch-ups recommended every four to six weeks to maintain intensity and shape.

Proper application minimizes skin staining; however temporary tint transfer can occur if product contacts skin or clothing. Our technicians protect surrounding skin and remove excess pigment after processing. If staining happens, it usually fades after gentle cleansing within a day.

Brow Tinting is generally safe for sensitive skin when using gentle formulas and patch testing. We perform a consultation and skin patch test beforehand to check for reactions. Alternatives or customized formulas are available for highly reactive clients.

Tinting over previous dye or microblading is possible but outcomes vary. Tint colors may appear different over tattooed pigment, and we recommend waiting at least four to six weeks after microblading. Consultation ensures the safest, most natural-looking approach.

Arrive with clean, makeup-free brows; avoid exfoliating treatments, harsh retinoids, or waxing the day of appointment. If you use growth serums or recent perms, inform your technician so they can adjust the tint formula and technique accordingly.

To prolong results, avoid water and heavy sweating for 24 hours, and skip oil-based cleansers on the brows. Limit exfoliation and facial treatments, and use gentle brow-safe products. Schedule regular tint touch-ups every four to six weeks for consistent color.
